ALL of our products are MADE TO ORDER, therefore we have a limited RETURN/REPLACE policy. We will gladly accept the return of products that are DEFECTIVE due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 60 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that WE make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will be replaced at no charge if reported to us within 60 days from the date of purchase. We will accept returns if our product does not meet your standards, within 30 days. Refunds will be at your full purchase price minus PayPal fee and S&H fee OR a store credit of your full purchase price.
